About This Website

One of the only constants in life is change. But change happens so fast that new media literacy has become a problem in society. And it's only through education and discussion that we can hope to make effective use of new tools - and technology in general.

That's the purpose of this site: to educate and spark discussion. From the most basic lessons to the most polarizing topics - it's a way for me to think out loud, in the hope that I strike a chord with someone.

On New Media Influence you'll find categories for music, design and education - three passions that I'm currently pursuing. There is also room for discussion on topics like innovation and, of course, influence. I'll try to publish twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday. This will continue until I start falling behind or run out of things to say (not likely).

My comment policy is simple: don't attack other people in the comments, or demonstrate bigotry of any kind. And don't spam the comments or link to your affiliate crap. I'll delete your comment. Having said this, the comments section of this site belongs to you as much as me. I'll respect your opinions and try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

This site is designed to be easy to use - not cutting edge. It's simply a platform for my thoughts, and hopefully, yours. Every time you comment on a post or share it, you validate my purpose in writing it.

...if I can help one person - find a voice, find a truth, find a passion - it's worth it.

And in doing so, I hope to find mine.

Thanks for reading!
